Odessa College to Host 2025 Car Show Benefiting Student Scholarships
Odessa College invites the community to the 2025 Odessa College Car Show on Saturday, September 20, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sewell Auto Tech facility, 2425 E. 8th Street in Odessa. The annual Car Show showcases a wide variety of vehicles, including classic cars, modern muscle, low-riders, imports, SUVs, and trucks. Awards will be presented for first and second place in each category, along with several “Best Of” honors.

Odessa College Launches New Part-Time LVN Program
Odessa College is expanding opportunities for aspiring health care professionals with the launch of a new Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) program, designed for students who want to pursue a career in nursing while balancing work and family responsibilities. Applications for the program will open October 1 and remain open through October 31, 2025, with classes beginning in Spring 2026.
Odessa College to Close for Labor Day Holiday
Odessa College and its extension campuses in Andrews, Monahans, and Pecos will be closed Saturday, August 30, 2025, through Monday, September 1, 2025, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
