Odessa College Launches New Part-Time LVN Program
Odessa College is expanding opportunities for aspiring health care professionals with the launch of a new Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) program, designed for students who want to pursue a career in nursing while balancing work and family responsibilities. Applications for the program will open October 1 and remain open through October 31, 2025, with classes beginning in Spring 2026.

Odessa College to Close for Labor Day Holiday
Odessa College and its extension campuses in Andrews, Monahans, and Pecos will be closed Saturday, August 30, 2025, through Monday, September 1, 2025, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Odessa College to Host Barry Phillips the Younger’s 40-Year Retrospective Exhibition
Odessa College will present 100 HAPPY FACES: Artwork by Barry Phillips the Younger, a retrospective exhibition featuring selected drawings, prints, and assemblages created over the course of the artist’s 40-year career. The exhibition will be on display from Tuesday, September 2 through Friday, October 3, 2025, in the Phillips Goff Gallery located in Sedate Hall on the Odessa College campus.
