ODESSA, TEXAS — Registration is officially open for the 2026 Odessa College 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge, presented by Medical Center Health System. This year, participants can register, track their progress and stay connected throughout the challenge using the new Odessa College app.
To participate, download the Odessa College app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, users can access the 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge to create an account, register and begin preparing for this year’s event.
The 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge encourages individuals to complete at least 30 minutes of physical activity or 8,000 steps each day for 30 days and is divided into three 10-day stages:
- Days 1–10: Build the Habit
- Days 11–20: Build the Momentum
- Days 21–30: Build the Lifestyle
Participants may compete individually or form a team of at least three people during registration. Individual activity automatically contributes to team participation scores, with prize drawings available throughout the challenge.
This year’s prize lineup includes a Hydro rowing machine package, a $1,000 H-E-B gift card, a red-light therapy panel, a Nintendo Switch 2 youth prize, a $500 Odessa College student grand prize and a $1,000 team prize.
The community is also invited to celebrate the beginning of the challenge at the 30 for 30 Kickoff Event at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at the Odessa College Softball and Tennis Complex.
