Facility: Downtown Community Center
Location: 222 E. 4th Street (corner of Fourth and Jackson Street)
Description: The Downtown Community Center is Odessa College’s outdoor venue located in Downtown Odessa. The outdoor venue includes a large green space, two covered performance canopies, two entrance gates, a Splash Pad, outdoor seating, restrooms and parking for food truck vendors.
Audio/Visual Capabilities: The South performance area has access to electricity.
Limitations: Odessa College does not allow this space to be decorated with glitter or confetti, nor does it allow anything to be hung, tacked, or taped to the structures. Events requiring additional tables and chairs will need to seek an outside source. The selling of any merchandise on the premises is prohibited. We also prohibit smoking, vaping, and alcohol.
