Community Enrichment


Odessa College Continuing Education Community Enrichment programs are designed to serve learners of all ages by offering non-credit classes that support personal growth, practical life skills, creative expression, and community connection. These offerings make learning accessible to the broader community without the requirement of enrolling as a full-time college student.

Community Enrichment plays an important role in strengthening our community by encouraging lifelong learning, supporting creative and personal development, and creating welcoming spaces for individuals to connect through shared interests.


Currently Offered Community Enrichment Classes

The following classes are regularly offered as Community Enrichment courses and run concurrently with their credit-bearing counterparts. When taken as Community Enrichment, participants are able to enroll without being admitted as a full-time Odessa College student and are often eligible for scholarship opportunities.

· Community Vocal Ensemble

· Community A Cappella Choir

· Digital Media

· Expressive Photography

· Life Drawing

· Painting I

· Photography I

· Photography II

These courses allow community members to participate alongside credit students while enjoying the flexibility and accessibility of the Community Enrichment pathway.
