ODESSA (April 21, 2025) – Come explore your career options at the annual College Career Fair, hosted by Odessa College and Workforce Solutions. Take advantage of opportunities to meet with representatives from more than 45 area employers.

Prior to the opening of the Career Fair, Encore Electric will have a live demonstration of an electrical arcing in the parking lot of the OC Sports Center from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The Fair is free and open to the public and to students from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. on Tuesday, April 22 at the OC Sports Center ICA Gym. The first 200 attendees to register will receive a free gift.

Job seekers should bring copies of their resumes to distribute to employers and dress professionally, as company representatives will be taking applications and discussing available job opportunities. Some of the participating companies may conduct job interviews during the Career Fair.

For those attendees who may need a professional photo to include with their application or resume, a photographer will be available to take their headshot. This service will be provided free of charge.

A resume station also will be available with representatives to help job seekers update their resumes, and a printer will be on hand to print out copies of their resume for employers.

Companies representing the healthcare, finance, trucking, oil and gas, electrical, higher education, hospitality, and law enforcement industries will be among the employers present to meet with students and the public.

Odessa College representatives also will be available to discuss workforce training and educational opportunities available at Odessa College.
