From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., the fair will be open exclusively to veterans, offering a dedicated hour for those who have served to meet with employers and explore career opportunities.

Hosted by the Odessa College Keith Career & Transfer Center in partnership with Workforce Solutions Permian Basin, the annual fair brings together employers from across the region to connect with individuals seeking employment, internships, and career advancement.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with recruiters, explore a wide range of industries, and discover pathways to rewarding and high-demand careers.

Employers participating in the fair include:

Oncor, Medical Center Health System, Texas Workforce Commission, ONEOK, Terracon, Kirby Smith Machinery, Inc., City of Odessa, Ector County Independent School District (ECISD), Diamondback Energy, PB Materials, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and many more.

The first 200 attendees will receive a free gift, and all attendees will be eligible to enter a drawing for a JCPenney professional clothing shopping spree to help them prepare for interviews and new job opportunities. Students will also have the chance to win Odessa College scholarships, adding even more incentive to participate and engage with employers.
