A native West Texan, Shelby Bullock has been an educator since before completing high school, gaining experience through internships and partnerships with elementary and preschool programs. Her educational experience spans all levels, including serving as an AVID tutor, substitute teacher, high school teacher, tutor in the Odessa College Learning Resource Center (LRC) and Writing Center, and college-level instructor.
Shelby Bullock holds a B.A. and M.A. in English from the University of Texas Permian Basin and an M.S. in Educational Technology/Library Science from East Texas A&M University. She is also an Odessa College graduate, earning an Associate of Arts in Teaching (Secondary) and an Associate of Arts in General Studies.
