Allisa Cornelius, MSN, RN, serves as Vice President for Advancement and Executive Director of the Odessa College Foundation, where she leads the College's philanthropic partnerships, community engagement, and advancement initiatives. During her 12 years at Odessa College, she has served as nursing faculty, Director of Nursing, Dean of the School of Health Sciences, and, for the past three years, Vice President for Advancement. A registered nurse by profession, Allisa is passionate about connecting people, philanthropy, and purpose to create life-changing opportunities for students and strengthen the Permian Basin.

She and her husband, Cole, are proud to call West Texas home and are raising their three children, Addison, a sophomore at Texas Tech University, Caegon, and Creed. She considers it a privilege to help create opportunities that transform lives through education.
