While financial aid does not cover personal non-school related expenses, it can help with expenses such as tuition, fees, books, supplies and dorm costs. Late applicants may not have funds awarded until after classes start, make payment arrangements in our payment center. Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA)
WIOA provides assistance with tuition, books, fees, supplies and support to help you succeed at Odessa College. You may qualify if you are:
- Unemployed
- Receiving public assistance
- Earning low wages
- Laid off
- Receiving unemployment benefits
