City of Odessa Mayor David Turner presents a special award from the Odessa City Council to the Odessa College Administration Team, led by Dr. Gregory D. Williams, in honor of OC's achievement in being recognized as a 2017 Aspen Rising Star - one of the top four community colleges in the nation.
