First Basin Credit Union presented awards to Odessa College photography department students whose photos were chosen to appear in the 2019 FBCU Calendar, which will be distributed to FBCU members and to the public. FBCU Senior Vice President of Marketing Tim O’Reilly addressed the crowd of OC employees and students who attended the presentation in the foyer of the Saulsbury Campus Center on Friday, Oct. 19. O’Reilly, who attended OC as an art student 40 years ago, stressed the importance of FBCU’s partnering with local schools and promoting the work of the students.
The winners of the photo competition were: Ferris Ducker, whose photo was chosen for the cover photo; LeeRoy Juarez, Yavuz Karanfil, Shana Molina, Jacklyn Bracamontes, Cyndy Osburn, Dave Thompson, and Cindy Keel-White.
