Football Athletes at Permian High School selected Ms. Charlotte Chea, Odessa College Dual Credit Economics teacher, as Teacher of the Week. Ms. Chea was recognized by Andy Notley, an OC Dual Credit Economics student at PHS. She is the first dual credit teacher to receive this honor at Permian High School. "Our students really have taken to Ms. Chea and we love having her here at Permian High School" said College & Career Advisor Jennifer Perkins.
