Business Administration

Students who enter the Business Administration program will learn skills such as critical thinking, entry-level accounting, and basic business principles. Completion of this program allows students to transfer to a four-year university and continue their business studies in fields such as accounting, marketing, finance, advertising, and management. Completion of the business administration degree at Odessa College will allow students the broad foundation necessary to be successful in further educational pursuits.

Business Leadership

Students who enter the Business Leadership program will learn skills such as operational analysis, leadership techniques, resource evaluation, project management, and business ethics. Completion of this program will allow students to apply for entry-level careers in human resources, management, and business operations. Managers, business operations specialists, and operations manager positions are listed on the Texas Workforce Commission’s Targeted Occupations List for the Permian Basin Region.
