
Texas Completion Repayment Grant
The Texas Completion Repayment Grant Program is part of the $94.6 million fund established to provide essential emergency support to college students who have been most significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program is designed to assist students who have an outstanding balance at Odessa College and have not earned a credential or degree.
The maximum award per student is $1,000 upon verification of enrollment. Your debt will be cleared once enrollment in a specified term is confirmed by OC.
To be eligible, students must:
- be a Texas resident;
- be a full or part-time student OR intend to enroll as a full or part-time student at Odessa College or another institution of higher education;
- enroll in a spring 2, summer or fall 2022 term in a certificate or degree program;
- have incurred debt/past due balance prior to fall 2021;
- have previously completed at least one college-level course of at least one semester credit hour;
- have a valid Social Security number;
- register with Selective Service (if the student is male); and
- complete application for Completion Repayment Grant aid.
