Internet Websites for Research
Before searching the Web for research information, students should first check the LRC’s databases. They offer the best sources of information and are located on the Book Search and Article Research buttons (located on the left). “Book Search” finds books that can be checked out, specialized reference books, and online books (ebooks). “Article Research” searches for magazines, journals, newspapers, and other reference sources. Additional help can be found at the “Ask a Librarian” button and at the reference desks at the LRC.
For students wanting Internet resources to help supplement their research assignments, a selection of helpful Web sites is listed below by subject.
