Testing Center – Part-time Clerk

Exhibits good communication skills and cooperation with all College staff as a participating member of the Student Services team.

Direct and supervise the test security and administration of all exams offered at the Testing Center.

Assist in test score interpretations

Take payment for exams and maintain accountability for personal money drawer daily.

Possess a clear understanding of all exams provided at the Testing Center and how to administer every exam offered.

Maintain professional memberships and certifications for proctoring according to the test company’s specifications.

Ensure that the Testing Center is operating in accordance to the rules and regulations set forth by the testing companies and professional testing associations.

Create Incident Reports for exams when situations call for one to be completed.

Ensure that the testing labs and private testing rooms are cleaned according to set standards daily.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the following tasks/exams:

Responsible for extended testing hours of operation.

Preserve the safety and integrity of all exams offered during extended hours of operation.

Supervise the test security and administration of all proctored exams through video surveillance and visually.

Report any suspected violations to the Senior Testing Examiner and/or Director of Testing immediately upon observation.

Dual Credit Office: Work study 19/wk Mon-Fri (afternoons)

Job Description: Assist with scanning and filing, answering phones, meet and greet visitors, other duties as needed.

Requirements: Must receive financial aid, enrolled in at least 12 credit hours a semester, be able to work the afternoon shift, computer skills helpful.
