Online Deposits (Recommended)

Parents and/or students can transfer funds from an existing bank account using the Online Deposits web page on to your Wrangler ID Debit MasterCard.

Deposit Declarations

All Financial Aid disbursements and tuition refunds will be deposited to your Debit MasterCard account.  You may choose to have these deposits re-routed to a non-Herring bank account by completing the online Deposit Declaration process.

In-Person – MoneyGram

Present your Wrangler Card at any MoneyGram location and provide receive code 5023. MoneyGram offices are located in WalMart, Albertsons and other retail establishments. Please note that MoneyGram deposits may incur a transaction fee.

Payroll Direct Deposit

Present your routing and account numbers to your employer. Your routing number is 111302846. You can obtain your account number by calling 1-866-348-3435.
