Wilkerson Hall is home to the Biology, English and Psychology/Socilogy departments.
On the southside of the building is a native garden. The native garden began in 1998 as a vision of the Odessa College Biology Department. The Native Garden demonstrates three ecological zones:
- Edwards Plateau
- Trans-Pecos
- High Plains
