In 1997, ground was broken for the Instruction Building, today named Sedate Hall, after Dr. Bernhard T.W. Sedate, retired Executive Vice-President for Instruction at OC. Sedate Hall is home to numerous departments and classrooms, including Accounting and Business, Art, Legal Assistant, Office Systems Technology and Photography.
