The Odessa College Police Department serves the student body of the college by helping to maintain the safety and security of all students and their possessions while they are on campus. Police officers may be contacted on a 24-hour basis for emergencies on campus.

The mission of the Odessa College Testing and Assessment Center is to provide a comprehensive testing and assessment program to Odessa College students and the residents of the community.

The Odessa College Testing Center offers a variety of testing services that are designed to help the student meet educational goals.
