Remember that all events must be signed up for!

1. Texas Tech Game and Tour: Join other SSS members for a trip to Lubbock to tour Tech's campus and learn valuable information.   Following the tour, we will eat dinner at Raider Alley and cheer on Tech as the battle against Northwestern State.  Sign up early as there are a limited number of spots!
2. Keep Odessa Beautiful - This is an excellent opportunity to bring your family and enjoy a Saturday morning together and make a contribution to the community at the same time.  SSS has their own "adopt-a-spot" to take care and then we will join the rest of the community volunteers for lunch and great prizes.
3. Scholarship Luncheon: Join us as we celebrate those who have been chosen to receive scholarships from SSS.  They deserve it and would love for you to come and celebrate for them. 
4. S30 Halloween Party: The SSS Student Organization invites you and your family out for a night of great fun.  Win a cake on the cake walk or let your children get their faces painted.  Their will be refreshments as well as door prizes.  This is a FUN family night.  Dates are still being determined and will be announced.
5. Student Activities @ OC: Several different activities are held by the OC Student Life Center that count as a cultural activity.  Check with a staff member for details.
6. Dinner/Theatre Night:  Join other SSS Students for dinner and afterwards attend a professional production of a play at the Globe Theatre.  Please dress appropriately for this event!
7. MOSC: Come join us and enjoy a relaxing night of music with Midland and Odessa's symphony.  Please dress appropriately for this event!
8. Graduation Reception: We always take time out to recognize our SSS students who are graduating each semester.  They have worked hard and deserve to be recognized.
9. Mentoring Activities: Remember that there are 3 mentoring events this semester.  This is only for those who participate in the mentoring program.  Please talk to your mentor about which event best suites both of you and sign you and your mentor up for one!  You must attend one, which can count as your cultural event for the semester.
10. Jackalopes: Come watch Odessa's finest hockey team.
11. Trio Day: The Trio Program is celebrated nationwide annually.
12. Easter Party: Hop on in, bring the children and enjoy this event held by S30.
13. Brand New Opree: Enjoy this live country western show! "If you can't make it to Nashville that often come". Join us!!!

Some events are "Family Nights" where a student can bring a certain number of friends and family.  Please check with the staff to find out which ones will be deemed so each semester.
