A Note from Our Director

Welcome to your Student Success Center (SSC) at Odessa College!   Thank you for taking the time to visit and explore the SSC web site. We hope you will find the information useful. The Success Center is not for any particular student but is for all students.  It is our mission to continually find ways to assist you in reaching your goals.  We seek to build success by offering programs and services designed to maximize every students' learning potential, personal adjustment, and academic performance.

We offer a quiet, casual and comfortable place to do homework, study for a test, work with your classmates, or receive tutoring in reading, writing, math, science, ESL, and other subjects. In the SSC, you can also get help with study skills or enhance your learning using our self-assessments.

Your Success Center has a "student-focused" team that stands ready to support you with useful tools and strategies to help you be more successful both academically and personally. Please let us know how we can serve you better.

Come and take advantage of the many FREE resources designed to help you succeed.  We are located on the 1st floor, west wing of the library. Our main entrance is directly across from the WI-FI Java Internet Cafe.
