My name is Audrey L. Curry.  I serve as chair of the Speech Department.  If you are interested majoring in Speech, please visit with me.  I would like to help you with your degree plan.

I teach three courses online:  Public Speaking (SPCH 1315), Business and Professional Speaking (SPCH 1321), and Discussion and Small Group (SPCH 2333).  I also teach traditional classroom courses. 

Online classes allow you to experience your own learning environment, a supportive classroom atmosphere, and individual attention from the instructor. Each course requires you to take multiple choice quizzes over textbook information.  You must also video tape your speeches or give your presentations on campus.  You may visit www.odessa.edu and click on Bb to visit the Blackboard.  Training sessions on how to use the online system are available by calling the student learning center at 335-6878 or 335-6714.
