Information
Odessa
College classifies as directory information the following student
data: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, major field,
enrollment status, grade level, participation in official activities
and sports, weight and height of athletic team members, dates
of attendance, degrees and awards received, and most recent educational
institution attended. Such information is normally released to
individuals upon request. Students who do not want this directory
information released must complete the request for confidentiality form and return it to the Registrar's
Office.
Students
who wish to restrict access to their directory information must
complete this form and return it to the Office of the Registrar.
Printable Request for Confidentiality 
Students may authorize that confidential information be released
to certain individuals by completing the Information Release form.
Odessa College officials will not release confidential information
unless this form has been completed in full and returned to the
Registrar's Office.
