Connie has been an Instructor of Management at Odessa College since 1985 and is certified in Nonprofit Management from the Texas Tech University Division of Continuing Education. She has developed customized training for local businesses, organizations and municipalities and facilitated retreats and workshops for the Odessa City Council, City of Odessa Management Retreat and the Odessa Economic Development Group.

Sue has been associated with Odessa College since 1992 and is currently an instructor for the management department.  She has developed workshops in personal finance management, customer service, and communication skills development for local businesses and non-profit organizations.

Sue has served in leadership positions for her church, sat on several non-profit boards, owned two small businesses and is a founding member of the Partners For Non-Profit Leadership Development.
