IM Services

For an immediate response to questions via Instant Messaging, you also may take advantage of a free reference service courtesy of the Western Texas College library in Snyder. IM service is located on the Western Texas College library webpage, www.wtc.edu/LRC. Scroll down to the WTC_Library_Help IM dialog box. The service is available:

Monday-Thursday	9am - 11pm
Friday	9am - 5pm
Sunday	1pm - 11pm

Both OC and WTC librarians can assist with iLink (book and video catalog), NetLibrary (electronic books), and the databases (periodicals, newspapers, etc.). Library staff are always glad to help you. “There are no dumb questions.”
