| Formport Utilities |
| The FormPort utility is a "pre-processor" for taking fixed format data and merging it with a form template. Input is 1) form template specifications, 2) a data file. Output can be either a file or the output can be piped directly to a print queue. If you have a product like Ezspooler, a queue can be configured to automatically process your data file through a formport form. We chose to do our own little utility interface which adds one step to the process after your report finishes executing. | ||

These utilities are local programs written to make it easier in dealing
with Laser printing of "non-laser forms". They are Unibasic programs
written to interface with FormPort laser printing software. I also now
have WebWizard version of these in development. |
