OC Honors 2012 Nomination Form

DEADLINE: October 15, 2012

It is that time of year to recognize a group or business, individual and/or current or former educator to be honored at the Odessa College Honors Luncheon.

When: Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Where: Dick and Amelia Saulsbury Conference Center.

Tickets are $25 per person or a table of 8 for $200.

Table Sponsor $500.
