Mission Statement

The Office of Institutional Advancement was created for the purposes of advancing the institution through the identification and acquisition of external resources and for cultivating community relations that will foster the goals and objectives of Odessa College.

It is the mission of the Advancement Office to assist the President and the Foundation Directors in attaining a fiscal base which will sustain resources and provide scholarship assistance for students of the 21st century pursuing their higher education aspirations.

Serving as a liaison with community businesses, civic groups, donors, and former students, Advancement Services offers information and assistance regarding the Former Student Association, opportunities for Philanthropic Creative Ways of Giving, and scholarship assistance through the Foundation's Campaigns and Memorial Fund.
