Employment Application Information
Applications may be downloaded from the Odessa College web site.
Applications must be complete in order to be considered
for the position applied for. Please do not fax application
packages. Separate applications must be submitted
for each position applied for. Resumes submitted alone
are not accepted. Unofficial transcripts may be provided
with the initial application; however, the selected
candidate must submit official transcript copies within
30 days of employment. All applications and documents
submitted become the property of Odessa College.
Odessa
College does not accept applications or resumes for
unadvertised positions, nor can the College provide
funds to assist with travel expenses incurred for
candidates invited for interviews. Any candidate requiring
physical accommodations during an employment interview
may call the HR office at (432) 335-6743 to make arrangements.

Selective Service Requirements
HB
558, passed by the 76th Legislature, requires that
male U.S. citizens, regardless of where they live,
and male immigrant aliens residing in the U.S. are
required to be registered with Selective Service if
they are at least 18 years old but are not yet 26
years old. Persons subject to this law must present
proof of compliance or exemption from registration
with Federal Selective Service System law in order
to be eligible for employment.
