How to Apply for Residential Housing
- Submit a completed application (download here)
for housing available from Century Commons at Odessa
College. Call Odessa College Student Housing @
432-335-6300.
- Mail $50.00 housing application fee along with
$150.00 room deposit ($200.00 total) with completed
application to:

Odessa College
2311 Andrews Hwy.
Odessa, Texas 79764 |
- Room reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve
basis after the application and deposit are received.
- Rates are based upon either two or four students
per room. Payment may be made in one sum prior to
the first day of class or on an installment basis
with an additional service fee.
- The following are included in the price: PRIVATE
BEDROOMS, COMPLETE KITCHEN, INTERNET SERVICE, CABLE
SERVICE, USE OF ALL RESIDENCE HALL FACILITIES, ELECTRIC
UTILITY ALLOWANCE OF $25, AND 24-HOUR ON-CALL ASSISTANCE.
