- If
you have attended a post-secondary institution, official transcripts
from each institution must be on file in the Admissions Office.
- If you
have not attended a post-secondary institution, an official
copy of your high school transcript or a copy of your GED certificate
must be on file in the Admissions or Registrar's Office.
* Receipt
of your transcripts/GED by the Admissions Office must be verified
through the Student Financial Services Office.
Some additional documentation may be requested from you including:
- Signed
copies of most recent federal income tax returns (Student and
Parent)
- Copy of
divorce decree
- Separation
affidavit
- Proof of
legal residency in the U.S. (Resident Alien/Citizenship papers)
- Verification
worksheet (Independent or Dependent) — See Forms section under Apply
- Verification
of economic sufficiency — See Forms section under Apply
- Copy of
signed social security card
- Birth Certificate

Applications
for Financial Aid will not be considered until all application requirements
are complete and on file in the Student Financial Services Office at
Odessa College.
