Emergency Medical Technican (EMT)

1. 18 years of age
2. Clean criminal record history
3. Complete the OC admissions application

Paramedic

1. Currently certified as Texas EMT
2. Print and read Paramedic Letter of Admission
3. Print, read and complete Application for Admission to Health Care Programs form.
4. Print and read MCH Health Occupation Program form. Immunization on form must be completed prior to submitting admission packet.
5. Place all required information and forms in manilla folder labeled with name and telephone number and submit to department secretary, Patty Holguin at the Emergency Services Technology Building.

PLEASE NOTE:
August 8th, Friday, is the deadline for submitting an application packet for consideration of enrollment into the Fall 2008 Paramedic course. The completed packet (as outlined in the Paramedic Letter of Admission) must be turned into the department secretary no later than 5 pm.
