Allied Health Careers offer good opportunities for employment. Odessa College offers the following Allied Health programs:

• Nursing - RN and LVN options
• Respiratory Care
• Radiological Technology
• Physical Therapist Assistant
• Emergency Medical Technology

Each program requires:

• completion of all developmental courses
• completion of any prerequisite courses
• that students apply and be admitted before they begin the coursework specific to the allied health field. For example, a student must be admitted to the Respiratory Care program to take RSPT classes, but could complete math, computer science, speech and other courses first.
