Stairmaster, Ellipticals, Universal equipment, Aire-dyne bikes, treadmills, and more! Students also may attend any classes for step aerobics or water aerobics. Train the whole body by combining weightlifting with aerobic activities. Orientations for the Super Circuit scheduled every Tuesday, 6:30-8PM & Saturday, 10AM. Work out at your own convenience Monday-Thursday 6AM-8PM, Friday 6AM-2PM, & Sat., 9AM-2PM. Students must register before attending the orientation. MUST BE 14 YEARS OR OLDER. Special rates are offered for Seniors and students with a current school ID from their respective jr. high, high school, or university/ college. All classes are held in room SC 209.
