TESTS
Upon completion of each task in the
assignment you should conclude with the med term
test for that assignment.
IF YOU
CLICK ON A TEST, YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE.
PLEASE BE PREPARED AND DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE. IT'S YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE ASSIGNMENT COMPLETED ON TIME REGARDLESS OF COMPUTER
PROBLEMS etc....
Please
remember that lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on
my part. : )
TO TAKE A TEST YOU MUST
LOG ON TO BLACKBOARD!!!!!!!!
HERE ARE THE DIRECTIONS TO FOLLOW:
1.
Go to http://www.odessa.edu
2. Click on "blackboard" in the
upper right hand corner.
3. Click on "login."
4. Enter: first initial and last
initial followed by your college ID# with the leading zeros. For
example, if your name is John Doe and student ID# is 00001234, then your
login is "jd1234."
5. Enter your password which is "oc"
and the last four digits of your social security number.
6. Click
on the Assignments button to pull up the icon for the test.
7.
Click on the icon for the specific test. These icons are only present when
that particular test is open.
Please
be advised that there will be a time limit of one hour for each test. Once you begin
the test, you are committed to completing it. You
are allowed one chance to take the test. Once you click on the test, you
have to take it and there will be a time limit OF ONE HOUR. Make sure you are ready to
take the test if you click on the button. : )
The test will consist of matching questions, multiple choice, true/false, and
fill in the blank. When you have completed the
test, click on the "submit" button (no need to click on
"save.") Your test will be graded
automatically and any incorrect responses should be corrected for you to view.
Please remember that spelling counts!!! Also, Blackboard is "picky"
on the grading. If you believe that you should have gotten credit for a
particular question on the test, but did not, then please email me with the
test number and question number that you'd like for me to check. I'll
look at your test, check it and give you credit if I can.
