Immediately upon enrolling for this course (send no later than Sunday at midnight, January 27, 2008, please send me an email with the following information:

• Your full name
• The section of HPRS 1106 in which you are enrolled (WB, WB9 or WB8)
• Your email address
• Your student I.D. number
• Your snail mail address (home address)
• Your home phone number and work number and if appropriate to receive calls there
• Tell me the program you are using and the version (for example, Word...95, 97, 2000; or Wordperfect, or whatever program you use)
• How long you have used a computer and the Internet
• Your major
• In 5-6 sentences, give me a short bio of yourself
