Dropping or Withdrawing

A student wishing to drop a course may do so on through WebAdvisor or by obtaining a drop form from the Wrangler Express Center.  No longer attending class does not automatically constitute drop/withdraw from the class, nor does a student's notification to an instructor that the student wishes to drop/withdraw.  If a student fails to properly drop/withdraw, the student is financially responsible for the course(s).  A student may not process a complete withdraw from all classes at Odessa College online.

* Please note there is a $25 schedule change and add/drop fee when processed by OC personnel, on or after the first day of semester.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Students receiving financial aid should make certain their award will be sufficient to cover the amount of their tuition.  Any student receiving partial aid or a scholarship award must pay the difference before the first day of class or take out a payment plan.  Financial aid question should be directed to the Financial Aid office or you may visit the Wrangler Express Center.
